How to cancel an order that hasn't been paid?

If your payment of an order has not been made yet, you may cancel it by clicking "Cancel order" in your account at Beaulinks.com.

How to cancel an order that has been paid?

We move fast ! Our priority is getting items delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.

Orders canceled within 24 hours since paid will get full refund.

Orders canceled within 24-72 hours since paid will get 70% refund of total amount.

Orders canceled after 72 hours since paid before shipment will get 30% refund of total amount.

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returning & Replacement & Refund

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange for you within 7 calendar days from the date of signing. Please keep the item(s) you want to return or exchange in its new condition. Most returns can be processed within 2-7 business days after we receive your package.

Please consult the customer service by opening a dispute ( You need to login in before opening a dispute )

Indicating the order number, item(s) you want to return and the reason. Our customer service will provide some instructions about returns and exchanges of the item(s) within 24(workdays)/ 48(weekends) hours.

Fill in the Return and Exchange Card

The return and exchange card will be find in your package. It will make your request handled efficiently. So please fill in it with clear writing and send the card back with the package.

Please note, special categories may be subject to a return policy, that may differ from our standard return policy above.

Return Address

Please do not send your package back to the address on your package. That is not an effective return address and will cause your package to be lost. And you are responsible for the loss due to the wrong address. So please contact the customer service and they will spare no effort to help.

Do you have any refund policy?

It is our pleasure to serve you! As for us, your satisfaction is our utmost goal. We will do our best to achieve your expectation. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, don't worry, we will gladly deal with it till you are happy. For the quality problem (e.g.different from what we described), please upload some persuasive pictures or videos to service@beaulinks.com and contact with our customer service in time. Once it is verified, you can send the item back to us, and then we will give you a full refund of the item.

However, there are certain limitations as follow: ·

Do not unpack or try on the product, keep it in the original manufacturer condition. Due to the sensitive nature of our products and the principle of our company, we are not allowed to resell hairpieces which have been worn, tried on or handled in the point view of health and hygiene.

All returns must be shipped back within 7 days after receiving the wig.

Refunds will be applied back to your original method of payment.

Returned wigs must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, not combed out and unwashed.

Return shipping charges are to be paid by customer.

Any promotional items included originally with the product must also be returned. If promotional items are not returned, retail costs of these items will beincurred.
